Terms of Service

Effective 18 August 2026 · Medhavio

These terms govern your use of the Medhavio website and any programme you buy through it. By using the site you accept them, so please read them before enrolling.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by [registered entity name and address to be published before enrolment opens]. You can reach us at hello@medhavio.com.

2. What we provide

Medhavio sells education: cohort-based courses, project briefs, mentorship sessions, interview practice and access to a learner community. Programme structure, length, schedule and syllabus may change as we improve the material, and we may retire a track. If a change materially affects a programme you have already paid for, we will tell you and offer you a transfer or a refund of the unused part.

3. No guarantee of employment or income

This is the most important term on this page. We help you prepare for interviews and build a portfolio. We do not promise, guarantee or arrange employment, a placement, an internship, a salary increase or any specific career outcome, and nothing anywhere on this site should be read as such a promise.

Hiring decisions belong to employers and depend on your own work, the market and factors outside anyone’s control. Any description of what learners typically do is illustrative, not a forecast of your result.

4. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued by Medhavio and confirms only that you finished the programme. It is not a degree, diploma or government or university accreditation, it carries no academic credit, and we make no claim that any employer or institution recognises it.

5. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18, or old enough in your country to enter a contract with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. Give accurate details when you enrol, keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

6. Fees, billing and taxes

Prices shown on the site are indicative and exclude taxes and payment charges that apply where you live; the amount you owe is confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. We may change prices, but a change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for.

7. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund a period already served.
  • After cancelling you keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
  • Where a statutory cooling-off or cancellation right applies to you as a consumer, that right applies in full and nothing here reduces it.
  • If we cancel a cohort, fail to deliver a programme, or you are charged in error, we refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

The full detail — cooling-off windows, what is and is not refundable, how long money takes to reach you and how to raise a dispute — is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Our content, and yours

Course material, project briefs, recordings, written content, the Medhavio name and the site design belong to us or our licensors. When you enrol we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. Please do not copy, resell, publish, share your access, or use our material to train a model or run a competing course.

Work you create stays yours. You own the projects you build and the code you write, and you may publish them, put them in your portfolio and show them to employers, during the programme and after it. If you post work into our community, you give us permission to display it there so the feature can function.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or community to harass anyone, post unlawful or infringing material, share other people’s personal data, scrape or attack the service, or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms, and we will refund any unused portion unless the breach was serious.

10. Third-party content and links

The site links to our YouTube, Instagram and X profiles, and course material may reference third-party tools, documentation and open-source projects. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Product, technology and company names used in our syllabus and marketing are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe honestly what is taught. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those owners.

11. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe something published here infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email hello@medhavio.com with the material in question, its location and the basis of your claim. We investigate every notice and remove infringing material promptly where the complaint is well-founded.

12. Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep the service available and the material accurate and current, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The site gives general educational information, not professional, legal, financial or career advice for your situation.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, opportunities or earnings, and our total liability in connection with a programme is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under your consumer rights.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version, and we will give reasonable notice of a material change before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that counts as acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be heard by the courts of India. If you deal with us as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or of your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
